If you are not completely satisfied with a product purchased at wahlwater.com, simply return it UNUSED within 30 days of purchase for a full credit or refund, less original shipping and handling fees. In the event that you receive a damaged or defective product or part, we would be pleased to immediately replace it at our cost and cover the cost of return freight for the damaged component if necessary.

Any product may be returned to Wahl Water within 30 days of purchase. A proof of purchase date is required. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and must be returned in re-sellable state. To return a product please contact Wahl Water toll free at 1-877-432-4117 or by email at support@wahlwater.com. A Return Authorization Number will be issued and shipping instructions provided. Returned products may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. The original shipping and handling fees, as well as the return shipping charges are non-refundable.

Pentair Encapsulated RO Membrane GRO-75EN
The Pentair GRO-75EN features an industry leading Thin Layer Composite (TLC) membrane. This membrane is encapsulated which maximizes the life cycle of the cartridge inside. The flow rate for this membrane is 75 gallons per day (GPD), and is based on nominal performance. Most standard membranes have a 3:1 ratio which means for every 3 gallons of waste water that goes down the drain, you get 1 gallon of RO water. That ratio is only a 25% recovery of good water. What separates this membrane from the competition is the GRO-75EN features 50% recovery which is a 1:1 ratio! That means for every 1 gallon of waste water down the drain you get 1 gallon of RO water.
