Where are Products Shipped From?

CANADA. We ship ALL PRODUCTS from one of our warehouses located in Canada. There are no customs to clear or hidden shipping fees. Wahl Water is a proud Canadian owned and operated company with all of our operations located within Canada.

What is the Standard Order Time?

Most Orders placed by 2pm EST (Eastern Standard Time) are shipped the same day for stock items. Orders received after 2pm EST (Eastern Standard Time) are usually shipped the next business day for stock items. Items not in stock will show the anticipated shipping back order time. Every effort is made to ship all products as quickly as possible.

What if I want to Speak to Someone?

YES. Call 1-877-432-4117 Toll Free within Canada and we are available to take orders over the phone using a valid Visa or Master Card. Copies of your invoice and receipts are sent electronically within one hour of making your purchase via email. Producst in stock will typically ship from the date of order within the number of business days specified on the product page. Large items shipping via freight services require some extra preparation time and will ship the next or following business day.

What Method of Shipment is Used for Orders?

We use most major carriers including UPS, Canpar, Purolator, Fedex and Canada Post for small packet parcels. For freight deliveries we most commonly use Manitoulin Transport, Day & Ross and APEX/Western Transport. Shipping methods are based on item size, warehouse availability and your location. We do our best to make sure your order arrives as quickly as possible, however if you have a preferred carrier to use or avoid please let us know in the comments section of your order or by contacting us.

Returns and Refunds

How do I Return a Product?

Customer Satisfaction
If you are not completely satisfied with a product purchased at wahlwater.com, simply return it UNUSED within 30 days of purchase for a full credit or refund, less original shipping and handling fees. In the event that you receive a damaged or defective product or part, we would be pleased to immediately replace it at our cost and cover the cost of return freight for the damaged component if necessary.

Product Returns
Any product may be returned to Wahl Water within 30 days of purchase. A proof of purchase date is required. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and must be returned in re-sellable state. To return a product please contact Wahl Water toll free at 1-877-432-4117 or by email at support@wahlwater.com. A Return Authorization Number will be issued and shipping instructions provided. Returned products may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. The original shipping and handling fees, as well as the return shipping charges are non-refundable.

Warranty Information
The majority of products sold through www.wahlwater.com have a manufacturer’s warranty. Wahl Water will act as the representative for that warranty as a part of our commitment to customer service. When claiming a warranty please have your proof of purchase ready and contact Wahl Water toll free at 1-877-432-4117.

After a simple return procedure qualifying the warranty replacement, the product is to be returned us. Upon receipt of the defective product, and establishment that it is indeed defective, we will issue a warranty replacement. In the event that the customer requires a replacement product before the warranty process is complete, the customer can purchase the replacement product and once Wahl Water has received and quantified the defective part, a refund can be issued.

How long will it take to Receive my Refund?

Refunds are processed within 3 business days from when we receive the item(s).
