Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and must be returned in re-sellable state. It should also be replaced if there are scratches, fogging inside or any type of coating on the outside that cannot be removed. Fouling of the Quartz Sleeve can result in the UV Lamp no longer provide the necessary output to ensure proper bacterial disinfection. This replacement UV Quartz Sleeve can be installed without the use of any tools.
