I always buy my UV lamp( from your company) ahead of the time I have to change it and every 3 years I also change the sleeve. I usually change them end of October—beginning of November. So far I’ve been satisfied. Thank you

He was extremely helpful. I explained my situation and he suggested that I just try changing the bulb and sleeve for now. They sent me out new ones which arrived within a few days. WORKED PERFECTLY.
